David Delancy

Director of System Impact

David Delancy has spent over 20 years working in the criminal legal field, with a specialty in ATI (Alternative to Incarceration) programs, case management, substance abuse counseling, and community engagement. He currently works at the Center for Trauma Innovation at Exodus Transitional Community, one of New York’s largest reentry services providers. He has also developed and led a variety of programs dedicated to the support and empowerment of marginalized communities, including life skills classes, vocational programs, men’s groups, and peer-support counseling. Justice-impacted himself, he has given his life to supporting others the way that he was supported.
