Javon Lomax

Training Manager

Javon Lomax is a restorative justice practitioner with deep roots in both the Bronx, NY, where he was born, and Shreveport, LA, where he was raised. His passion lies in creating spaces where all people can feel seen, heard, and connected.

Throughout Javon’s career, he has held various roles in organizations across New York City, where he has facilitated countless trainings, healing circles, and supported professionals in honoring the sacred practice of circle facilitation. Before joining All Kings, he served as Director of Restorative Practices and Youth Development at We Build the Block, he facilitated healing circles for youth impacted by gun violence and community violence. He also acted as the Training Coordinator for Hidden Water, providing healing spaces for individuals impacted by child sexual abuse as leading circle keeper trainings for beginning practitioners, and as a facilitator and circle-keeper for Project Reset and the Center for Justice Innovations.

As the creator of the acronym CIRCLE—“Circle Is Realizing Connection Liberates Everyone”—Javon is dedicated to living out the principles of connection and liberation in everything he does. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is a loving husband and proud father of four, continually aspiring to model the power of connection and compassion inside and outside of the circle.
